About this notice
This notice describes how SVAYNIX handles information from visitors to svaynix.com and applicants using the application form at team.svaynix.com. It does not describe every data flow within our separate customer products. Contact hello@svaynix.com with privacy questions.
Contact inquiries
When you submit the contact form, your name, business details, email address, optional phone number and message are processed on our AWS server and sent through Amazon SES to hello@svaynix.com in our Google Workspace mailbox. We use that information to respond, discuss your requirements and manage related correspondence. The contact service stores limited delivery metadata to prevent duplicate submissions and clears records older than seven days when processing new submissions. It does not retain the message text in its database.
Job applications
Apply Now opens our application form on team.svaynix.com. When you submit it, we collect your name, email address, selected role, any optional introduction or links you provide, and your PDF résumé. Your submission and résumé are stored in SVAYNIX Workspace on AWS for recruitment review. Authorized team members review applications, record hiring notes and contact candidates about their application. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or an offer.
Application messages
We use your application email address for recruitment correspondence. Receipt confirmations may be sent through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) when automated sending is enabled. Delivery records may include your email address, message subject, sending time and delivery status. A confirmation acknowledges receipt, not a hiring decision.
Technical information and storage
Our hosting and application systems process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and timestamps to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose problems. Workspace uses cookies for authentication and form security. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests from your browser to Google. Your browser and email provider may also process information under their own policies.
Who handles the information
SVAYNIX personnel with authorized access use information for inquiries, recruitment and system administration. AWS provides website and Workspace hosting, storage and email infrastructure; Google Workspace provides our business email. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address misuse or protect legal rights. Our Workspace server is hosted in the United States, so submissions from other countries are transferred there.
Retention and requests
Inquiry messages and application records are retained for follow-up, recruitment administration and applicable recordkeeping needs. Application records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Backup copies may remain after a record is removed from the active system. To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of an application, email hello@svaynix.com; for recruitment requests you can also contact careers@svaynix.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where required by applicable law. Available rights depend on your location.
What to include
Please submit only information relevant to your inquiry or application. Do not include government identification numbers, bank details, medical records or confidential information belonging to another person or business. Only upload material you are entitled to share.
